Couldn't be happier. John found me a car yesterday that was everything I wanted. Color and it is loaded with almost every feature that you can get on a 2012 Ford Focus SEL Flex Fuel. Touchscreen and all. I originally saw the price and immediately thought there was no way it could happen. We were many many thousands off. However John took me inside and got me close. Today I came back and dealt with Rudy, I told him what it needed to be under. He came back 5 minutes later and that was it. We bought the car. I was able to see what the deal ship made and I can tell you they didn't really make much if any money off of this deal. However they treated me so well and got me a price I could only have dreamed off on the vehicle I wanted. That I will always be coming back as will my family and friends. Competing dealerships couldn't come price. My best advice is to know what you want to spend, don't be afraid to walk away, and don't be afraid to tell them what you will pay. Without a dollar more. Worst they can do is say no and you walk out the door. Luckily in my case. They got me a deal that I never imagined possible. Thanks Earnhardt's. As for the negative reviews on here. I think it all comes down to how you approach them, treat them with respect and they will you. Just because you disagree doesn't mean you need to react negatively towards the person helping you. I recommend asking for John and if he isn't available. Then Rudy.
