First it was chaos at checkin. More worried about getting cookies out over service. 4 times rooms were bumped. We are HHonors members which are meant to be on specific floors that he assured were the same, they are not. We go to have a cocktail and the TVS are off for earth day, everyplace else is open, rest of hotel functioning as usual but TV is off - seriously?? but our room temp was hiked to 70, seems turning down heat would be more efficient to honor ED...bartender had too much to say IMO For being service oriented after we all waited for her. Overall experience pretty poor and we have another night. Rooms are clean and updated
