When you walk in, yes you feel special, top of the line place, like other dealership every car sales man is all about it. Who gets you first! But I'm only here for some parts. Place is clean, but when you get to the parts and cashier? One guy on the parts and one cashier. Yes there is a small line and if you are in a hurry and there are other people that are getting a little difficult getting their part it might be a wait. The guy in the parts area not smiling much and I don't blame him he is by himself. Well BMW is BMW ... a good gnarly car. 3 star :) still would come back here
