Let me start by saying that I understand that a used vehicle can have problems, but when they tell u that they are going to fix them, you expect them to get fixed..
Purchased a vehicle at this place and it has been a very dissapointing experience. When I first went and purchased the car, the customer service was really good. Everyone was polite. During the negotiations a few things were pointed out regarding the car. Jeep was leaking oil, Vehicle and steering wheel would shake at higher speeds, vehicle would lose power when a red lighting bolt in the dash turned on. Owner agreed to fix this things along with a broken zipper from the soft top, which he did get repaired. My biggest concern was the loss of power. I felt that was a little dangerous especially if I was in the interstate. I expressed this to the owner and he didn't seem to care. This problem got resolved at the fourth time I took it in for service and only after I paid another mechanic to diagnose the problem which was the throttle body.
The check engine light was still an issue. Checked engine light turned on and it was 2 codes. I had the codes checked before taking it back to the dealership. Codes read vacuum leak. He said he fixed it by replacing the gas cap. Well the check engine light is still on and its the same code. After taking the jeep 5 times to the dealership the jeep still leaks oil and the check engine turned back on again. Same code as last time. Owner was extremely rude and arrogant. I finally gave up and decided just to get it fixed somewhere else. I have had this jeep at their shop more than what I have had the jeep and its only been 1 month since purchased.
Sorry to say that I did recommend this place to a few friends.
Save yourself a headache and don't purchase from this place. Or buy at your own risk..
Very rude and no ethics owner...........
