I was disappointed by the staff. When I went to the shop, there was one other person in the shop. I knew exactly what I wanted and stood at the cash register for over 5 minutes while the three staff members stood around having a discussion or playing on their phones before they acknowledged me. Not exactly professional.
The treats I had were delicious but the entire experience was brought down by the staff who couldn't even describe what flavors they had of truffles. When asked it was simple, "I don't know these (with a point at where they were located)." The point of me asking was that some of them were not labeled.
