Whoa, this was an unexpectedly cool spot! Its more like a cafe/urban hang out...that happens to provide banking services ;)
ING cafe is across from the Eaton Centre. I went there for an evening talk. Apparently community organizations can rent out the space (free?). External catering is allowed (we had Starbucks and Lanka Gardens). There is also ING staff available to help with technical difficulties and/or other setup issues.
The space itself is cool! There are comfy leather couches, armchairs, benches, and bistro sets :). There are Ipads (wi fi connected!) available for use.
This is a cool place to bring people together for innovation. I love the large windows, I felt very connected to the city around us, and it was kind of funny to see people peering at us as they walked by.
I will check this place out again during the day. I noticed a short menu for coffee type drinks. I'm curious whether they serve any tasty goodies.
