Worst customer service here. I was late (15minutes) for my appointment and was told the technician was no longer there. What?!?! Hard to believe when you can make appointments until 815pm. Had to make another appointment. Asked for manager and business card and was only given a business card. I called the number and you get put to Apple customer service. I'm ready to say goodbye to my Mac and IPad.
