I went in for an oil change. (The price for an oil change was much more affordable than other places I have been!) They also looked at my car and topped off my fluids. After looking at my car, they informed me that I needed new air filters and a new oil filter. They also let me know the oil filter was too tight and that it would need to be replaced because they might have to break a piece of it in order to remove it. I approved the estimate and they did the work. They actually gave me a really great price for the filters and labor.
