Purchased my vehicle here in 2014, and taking it to be serviced has been a nightmare. High turnover, very little communication, and overpriced. I recently went and received a quote for my 64k mi maintenance for over $750. I responded saying that the price was too high, and I would have to just pick up my vehicle. Elizabeth asked what I had to work with, and I told her about $400. She responded by telling me she could do the work for $450. When I went to pickup my vehicle, she informed me that they only did the work that absolutely had to be done and did not complete the rest - I still need an alignment and new gas cap. She NEVER mentioned this prior to me picking up the vehicle, instead assuring me that I could have the work done for $450. She also gave me the wrong key and couldn't find mine because no one had taken the time to label it - I had to point it out myself. This company has violated my trust and I will NOT be going back.
