At first when I bought my car there, the experience was great. Thank you chris santos and Rory. But it has now been 2 months since and I went today for the free oil change that the finance manager said he would give me and to just come back when I was ready. So now I have 2,000 miles on my car and wanted to get the oil change. The guy Bobby gets "promoted" to desk manager and can't give me the oil change because it is a different department. I have money to pay for the damn thing but he gave me his word. And it's the principle of him promising me something and then Taking it back. Also I brought my jeep in like 3 weeks ago for a check engine light (2015 wrangler) and didn't get a call back till 15 minutes before the rental car place closed that I could get a car till they finished. Took them 2 days to fix the problem. Got the car back and the light came back on. Real bad service department. They also messed up my window tint on my car.
