I found this company through an advertisement from the weekly mailers. They offered $80 American Express card at the time of windshield replacement so I decided to give them a try. Everything about this company was great from start to finish. The lady on the phone, I believe her name is Sabrina, was very pleasant to work with and also very helpful. She contacted my insurance company with me on the line and once I got my insurance approved, she helped me schedule my replacement. They had next-day appointments so I scheduled it for the next day. The gentleman who came out was very professional and quick. He finished the job, gave me my gift card, and was on his way.
One point of pride on their advertisement was the stability of the company. Apparently they've had the same address, same owner, same workers for many years. The gentleman who changed my windshield said he had been working for this company for 18years. I really appreciate this fact because I believe it gives insight into the company. Also, this company gave me the impression that they really have their business figured out.
