When I arrived for my 3:00 spa pedicure appointment I was offered a little plastic glass of water. I waited until 3:15 before I was taken back to the nail tech. I had to arrange my chair so it was comfortable, was not offered help, looked around to place my purse somewhere, saw a little stoop on the side of the chair towards the front, and set it on there, no direction from the tech, dropped the remote for the chair and had to get it myself. I asked for a magazine, wanted to relax, they had none. My $60 pedicure was done in less then 30 minutes. No massage, half halfheartedly rubbed lotion on my legs & feet. Much better nail salons in the area at 1/2 the price, I recommend going to one of those. I don't recall the techs name but believe it started with an A, in my opinion, she doesn't belong in the service industry.
