Very poor customer service, rude, dismissive and not helpful. I was calling to ask about a trade in and the kid in pro audio was curt and had no interest in informing me on product details. The era of online shopping for your gear is coming into full swing and if middle men like GC won't afford you the kindness of information and respect then good riddance.
