Booked a 1:30pm tee time yesterday and didn't get to tee off until almost 2pm. We were supposed to get a bucket of golf balls to hit before our round but no hitting areas to use this. Also, when we got to the 15th hole out cart died so we had to walk until a worker brought us a new cart.
How can a golf course not have enough carts to make it through the day or enough room to accommodate all of the golfers they book on a given day?
Will not come back again due to the terrible customer service we received at this place.
