Got my oil changed here. They gave me the least expensive quote of all the other place I've called and have gone to before. The appointment was booked for the following day. I drove in on time, and the job was done in an hour, an hour I spent exploring their show room. Yes, I was approached by a sales representative while doing that, but that's his job, and he was quite nice.
Oh, and they washed my car at the end, for free. That was a nice touch and pleasant surprise.
The service here compared to Active Green + Ross (look at my reviews) is heaven. I'll be servicing my car here (well, technically at their new location) in the future and for as long as we have a Honda.
Update. Had a weird experience in late December. Went for scheduled maintenance and got a call saying that I need $1,500 in repairs because my oil is leaking and brake discs need full replacement. I was told the rear discs were barely functioning at all. I had the car checked elsewhere, and while they concluded that the rear brakes were a bit rusty and needed cleaning, everything else was fine and no oil was leaking from any part! Coincidentally, Downtown Honda had emailed me earlier in the week to say that if I bought a new car within a week of my service appointment, the service would be free. How's that for trying to scare me into a sale? Won't be coming back to this dealership.
