Boo. They lost my appointment at the least convenient time. (Side note- it's never a convenient time when your car needs service.) The impression I got from the staff was not interested in taking a customer close to closing time- although that was not said directly. If someone would have just told me on the phone that they weren't taking any more appointments that evening, I could have saved some time and gone somewhere else. *It has been a few months since this visit and I haven't gone back.
