Renaissance Hotel... Where do I begin? Pros: - The architecture is beautiful, unlike anything I've ever seen before. - The decor throughout the hotel is quite lovely. - The front desk staff, although always busy, are very polite. - The hotel is conveniently connected to many tourist attractions: mall, casino, etc. Cons: - Wifi is not free. Not only is it not free, it is crazy expensive to purchase. There is a daily fee to use wifi. - Breakfast is outrageously priced. Instead of paying close to $30 for a bagel and juice to be brought to my door, I'll just walk down the street to Starbucks... Thanks. - Elevators are surprisingly small - The business room is not free. You pay for internet usage, as well as any thing else you use. - Rooms on the corners of the building are half the size of the rest of the rooms. Uncomfortably small for 4 people. Frugal travelers: Don't waste your time here. There are plenty over better options in Cleveland to stay at.
