Phoned for appt. day before got there in morning and they had none of the information down. Not a big problem but hint of ineptness.
They have everything cordoned off. You cannot see where your dog is being groomed. They have a gate in front of a door that says "employees only". I was fully expecting an orange jumpsuit and handcuffs for my dog.
When I picked him up he looked nice but was very drowsy.They do say they dont medicated the animals. When I got home I realized they forgot to do his perineal area. It was the only place I asked them shave. No problem they said bring him back. They didnt charge me but it was a pain to drive back.
My dog was very drowsy until the next day. I'm just more comfortable with a place that's a little more open.
