Fully Remodeled now called Dunlap Falls. Reasonable rent, utillities included. Maintenance is very slow to respond if at all. It takes 5-6 requests to get anything fixed. I have lived here for just over a year and had limited choices due to credit problems. It has served its purpose but i will be moving in when my lease is up. Other tenants throw trash all over the property and break things. My apt is clean and bug free so I could certainly do worse.
