Worst customer service I have in my 33 years of life ever had to deal with. I would rather spend 40 days and nights sitting at the DMV than to work with this interlock provider. Goodness gracious! These folks dont seem to realize that I pay you for a service because I HAVE TO. If you keep operating this way treating people like thier idiots and criminals you probably wont be around for long. I assume the only reason you have cleints is because of your location.

Take note that the device once calibrated can have it's volume at zero. That shouldnt even be an option given that the driver needs to be notified he has to blow in the device! I got hit with several charges for missed test because I failed to remember when driving i have to blow in it. This is like a money grab and I will be contacting a lawyer to see if I can help others by putting a stop to you from using these devices with a volume level at zero. I mean wow, you folks can easily be considered modern day crooks.
