George worked with my on every level from the rate quote (which was very fair). I was called 1 day in advance and on the day of the move. They ran into a time issue with the clients before us and did arrive a bit late but no matter, when moving you need to be somewhat flexible. Absolutely no surprises. They got everything loaded in so tightly and professionally I am still in awe days after getting things unloaded in Kansas City. I felt secure and sure of every moment and they saved me a lot of grief. Very professional guys so my hats are off to George for this wonderful business. For the "life of me" I cannot understand why all the reviews are not 5 stars. If you are in need of help in the Springfield - Decatur, Illinois choose ONLY these guys. They are way, way more professional and economical than the 10 or other so companies I researched! Best in Illinois.
