This review is only for their phone customer service support.
Just called customer service and they honestly just want to get you off of the phone. I wasn't even calling to complain about anything. I just wanted clarification about something, and the lady didn't really care what I had to say. It's unfortunate that actual customer service is a dead art. I understand that the job can be frustrating at times, with all of the irrate people, but this is what you get paid to do. I hope I never need to use them, because from the other reviews I'm reading, their coverage is worse than their customer service.
