Yes, they are luxury however the unit I lived in had roaches. I had this unit sprayed multiple times, but it didn't do anything. They should hire people who know how to do the job right. My husband is in pest control and he said they don't do it right. Plus they raise the price of everything. I didn't want to write a review until I moved out. I will never live here again. My husband wasn't in pest control at the time we lived here, upon moving out he was. I told him to leave the unit infested because it was for us and not our problem. They are good with getting things fixed. I had multiple bikes stolen, even though they had locks. They should invest in some security cameras if they consider themselves luxury.
