Great idea, but execution needs improvement. The one person checking folks in was not really into her role and even disappeared for awhile before I could order some food. Then I was told they were out of the breakfast sandwich. At 9:00 am? Since you have to pay $20 to use the Airspace Lounge, you should be told in advance if the one thing you're expecting they will have is not available. The wifi and electrical outlets were good, but you can find these elsewhere in the airport. Unlimited Peet's Coffee and iced tea were the must-have's for having to pay to sit here. I had the continental breakfast which was one piece of bread, a smoothie shot, jam, cream cheese, and a slice of cheddar. The quality of the food was great and I even asked for more bread. Then again, I was starving! If I ever come to Cleveland again, I'll probably pass on this lounge and get a proper breakfast bagel sandwich at Bruegger's around the corner in the terminal. For the business folks, there isn't much else available, and you'll probably appreciate the tables and small business center table in the back (if it's not taken already).
