Reservations were easy to make online. They sat us exactly on time with our reservation. The service of the men serving the meat was on the ball all night. They were friendly and accommodating on preferred temperature of meat. At one point there were four of them at our table. The food was delicious and I was not disappointed at all.
Our waitress on the other hand was pretty slow and seemed overwhelmed all night. Someone in our party ordered a beer and it took over 20 minutes- which seems outrageous considering it was just a bottled beer. She also made a couple weird comments about our ages and ordering drinks... we were all over 21 I.D. us or stop asking questions. At one point I even told her to check our I.D.'s we had no problem showing them to her. Not sure what the issue was, but it was uncomfortable. When she gave us comment cards to fill out she even made a comment that we could mention how much she sucks... apparently she knew it was terrible.
For the price I guess you expect better service and it would make me hesitant to try this one again.
