Im one of their regular customer but after what happen last night I will never going back to this Mr.Lube branch. I was here last night and the one who assisted me is Mr. Hasan Ernie Hasan. He suggest to do the engine flush bcoz the oil was to black but this time I said no coz they always say that whenever I'm using their service. And he suggest another one treatment for my car that will cost me additional 60 bucks and I said no again. And maybe bcoz of that they didn't do those courtesy check and complimentary services for following car parts:
1. No Lights check
2. No Wiper blades check
3. No tire pressure check
4. No tire inspection check
5. No wash window complimentary service
6. No lubricate door hinges complimentary service
I'm so upset last night and i decided not to get their service anymore.
