Came here for my birthday dinner with family and was disappointed with the service. We made a reservation and still had to wait about 10 minutes. I wouldn't have minded if our waiter made up for it in excellent service. Unfortunately he wasn't friendly, attentive, or patient at all. Each time he stopped by our table I felt rushed. He seemed annoyed when we asked questions and rushed through the specials. Even though it was mentioned to him that it was my birthday, we had to specifically ask about the dessert menu. I didn't end up ordering dessert because the vibe just wasn't comforting. The food we did order was quite good but it would have been a much better dining experience with better service.
This was our first dining experience at the Roaring Fork and some of our family drove all the way from Surprise, AZ to attend. It's a bummer that our dining experience wasn't very pleasant or inviting.
