I moved in here mid January 2014. I like my apartment it is roomy and I like that I have my own washer and dryer and it is on the patio, this keeps the noise down and doesn't heat the place up. The inside is kinda dated but I like my apartment. The office is open everyday which is helpful. I don't have problems with parking and the dog poop was everywhere in January but 2 months later this place is clean. No regrets here.
