I am still a total "newbie" to barre3... but so far, I am in LOVE! I've been out of the workout game for about 3 years and the workouts offered here are exactly what I've been needing!
The studio is located in the heart of green valley. I love the open airiness when I enter, but it's not huge in there either. Restrooms are single person only and feature some toiletries to freshen up after your workout. There are no showers.
Bonus- they have a play lounge for kiddos! It's $5 for each child/visit. I've taken my daughter once and she had a great time playing with all of the toys. They also offer play lounge bundles to save you some money if you plan to take them with often. My only wish was that they offered more play lounge times! As a working mama, I would love to squeeze a quick workout in on our way home!
The class is perfectly paced and challenging (well- so far it has been for me)! The instructors help with modifications and are very encouraging.
I'm excited to continue my journey at Barre3 and have already devised plans on how to get all of my friends to join me!
