The 2nd star is for the ease of getting a moving truck in and out of facility. They force you to purchase renters insurance and don't allow you to opt out by proving that you are already covered by your own insurance company. They 've raised the rent several times. They also refuse to be respectful. It's almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I question how often someone is physically present. They consistently return calls around 6 am. They know I live on the west coast. They have my address. I've repeatedly requested to have my account noted not to call before noon even in the messages. Either this request is too complicated or blatantly ignored. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
