Everyone here is incredibly helpful. The staff at the front desk took the time out to explain the floor plan of the clinic I was heading to, even though all I had asked was which floor should I be heading towards. The facility is modern and clean. On the days I've been there, I haven't noticed it being overrun with people unlike the clinic in the University area. Then again, this place is possibly 10 times the size of that one, so it makes sense. I typically drive up to the Salisbury VA for my appointments, opting for their facility that has more staff and clinicians available for women veterans, over the place in University City. A few people mentioned the new building to me, but I brushed it off initially. Now that I have visited, I'm confident it can serve my needs and I won't have to painfully watch the mileage increase on my car from back and forth trips up I-85. I will miss the valet parking and their super friendly parking attendants at Salisbury though. I wish they did that here in Charlotte, but the parking situation is much better, so that's not needed.
