Even though the staff seems very competent at Montecito acute rehabilitation, there just isn't enough of them. It's unfortunate that every single person you run into says the same thing, that they're being ignored, that they never get taken to the bathroom when they request it, and that pain medications always come late. These are the customers and clients of Montecito acute rehabilitation, to only have one nurse to every 20 patients that's a hard Road to haul. If I could rate each staff member individually there would be some high high stars but you can't, you have to judge it on the whole. If it wasn't for the wonderful attentiveness of their front office staff Georgia and Danetta, to be exact, it would have been easy to overlook Montecito. Thankfully we didn't, my Mother got better here, she had to do it on her own sometimes but that is what rehabilitation is. ...learning to take care of yourself, she did. The place is clean. That goes a long way in my opinion.
