Jan was so sweet with my little Yorkies today. Tiny Dash had a terrible cut up north in March, which Jan was able to even out. Now the terrible hack job on her thinnish silky hair has been remedied. Not only that, Dash was HAPPY instead of clinging, cowering, and shaking like after the last place. Our Ted E. Bear with tons of thick cottony hair, who we sometimes jokingly call Bed Head Ted, was cleaned up and looks incredibly handsome. At ten months, it was his first experience with a professional groomer, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Jan listened and did exactly what I asked with both of them in about an hour each. I'll call her again for sure.
