I will echo many others sentiments about this place. I was lucky that I only had to return a truck rental from California. There was about four of us in line. With only one person working the other counter. What was everyone else doing? Well, thanks to the unprofessionalism displayed and personal conversations they were having, I can tell you exactly what they were doing. The manager was interrupting the ONLY person working the counter asking if he wanted to be hired to move some gravel for him the following weekend. They proceeded to negotiate a price. Another associate was complaining about how she hates her mother. All the while the associate sitting next to her was surfing the internet. (See picture). I get the fact that people take their breaks, but come on, go to the break room and show a bit of professionalism.
