I am amazed at the level of care that was offered today(4/26/16)! Ryan came out for a service call and definitely went above and beyond. I manage a non-profit home and we rely on donations. Ryan noticed that we were using some donated laundry detergent that was not appropriate and could end up ruining our brand new washing machines. Not only did he educate me about why it's important to use the right soap but then after he left I was preparing to go out and purchase the right kind of laundry detergent when the doorbell rang. It was Ryan with 4 large jugs of the right laundry detergent as well as fabric softener which he donated to our house! Wow! I hope he can be recognized and appreciated for the way he conducted this service call and for his kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity. I would recommend this company based on my interactions so far.
