It would be unfair to describe this place as JUST a seafood buffet or JUST Japanese. For that matter, Todai has a little bit of everything and contrary to its advertising, it;s not just seafood. The bulk of the items are seafood - sushi, tempura, and a variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean dishes - but they also have things as random as smoked turkey with cranberry sauce, a decent desert table, udon, and salad. The price was about $23 (w/o drink), which is very fair for the area.
