I don't even want to give them a 1 star. Like SJ from Queen Creek, I purchased a year of facials from Groupon (talked about microdermabrasion, High Frequency & Electrode facial & galvanic current face-lifts) so expect to get all of these but I arrived and they were running at least 1/2hr behind. I got in and same thing-I decided to take off my top and had "Lou" do my microdermabrasion. She would not stop talking! Not relaxing, she tried to upsell me immediately and then said I needed this fantastic skin care line and she said it's the best deal out there and only that day was last day they were offering sale of $780.00. My facial was just that a facial that lasted 20 min. at most and she did not do my neck. I did not notice a thing! I went to check out and I was not given proper instructions on how to use these products and I never saw the small writing at the bottom because there were so many people at that little window and so much going on that I signed and was on my way. I got home and looked up the product line and found it for a lot cheaper online. I called on Monday, April 1st and explained to Sherrie that I could get this online for a LOT cheaper and she said unfortunately their policy is listed on the bottom and they cannot return the product. They can give me a service that would be approximately the cost of the difference in price and I said I don't trust them. I asked to speak to someone higher up and I got Marilyn who is the operations manager. She explained the same thing and told me to file a dispute with my credit card company! So, I did but my credit card company is only going for the cost difference - not the full return that I want. I believe I will be taking them to small claims court as well. I will be very vocal at my next appt. for my 2nd facial...eesh...can't wait. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT GO HERE! All these reviews are accurate and you do not see too many positives on here so that should be enough to think longer about going here.
