I went for a consultation paid the 997 for 9 treatments. I signed nothing but a hippa agreement was not told about a no refund or cancellation penalty and received no documentation as such. Unfortunately the day after paying I had some unforeseen financial problems. I called them on Monday after visiting them on Saturday to explain my situation and ask for a refund. I was told they would talk to their manager. On tuesday they called me back and said the manager said only for medical reasons but they would talk to the owner. I wish I had read all these review first. I was told they would call me back on Friday they called me on Sat. and told me the same thing only for medical reasons. That in order to get a refund I would have cancelled within 21 days. Again I stated I had not been told that and was basically called a liar, by John who told me everyone was told that and that is was on my appointment schedule again something I have never been given. At this point I am going to contact a lawyer. I ask that my appointments be cancelled and John refused and said if I did not show up for them they would be forfeited. I cannot imagine how they stay in business. I also plan on contacting the BBB and Sonoran living to inform them what this place has done to me. Since i have signed no binding contract or even a release for treatment I do not understand how the can keep my money.
