I moved to this area a few months ago and decided to give them a try. I had my eyebrows waxed followed by a pedicure. The lady that did my eyebrows sat me upright in a chair, I am accustomed to lying down for this, so thought this was odd. She proceeded to tell me my eyebrows were a bit uneven and basically insinuated that she couldn't do much to make them even. Been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and no one has said anything like this to me, I felt defensive and a little put off by her comment. My eyebrows are just thinning a bit is all, perfectly normal part of the aging process. I felt it was her job to make them look great, after all that's why I was there in the first place. When you're at a salon for some beautification, it's not good business to make your customer feel bad about themselves especially when it comes to their beauty. So that set the tone for the rest of my time there. My pedicure was average, nothing special. The polish started chipping within a week so I had to reapply some polish as a quick fix until my next pedi. I haven't been back.
