I was so incredibly disappointed by my experience at this spa. I still regret having spent so much money on a day where I felt anything but pampered and relaxed. Firstly, everything seemed to be dirty. The robe I received had nail polish down the front of it. The towel my friend first received was covered in stains. She picked up a second towel, and it was also covered in stains. We think we discovered the source of the mysterious towel stains when after spending a little time in the sauna, we realized that our towels were covered in what appeared to be stain from the wood - I'm so glad we didn't get it on our bathing suits! The pool area was grimy and the floors were covered in wet hair... really off-putting, obviously. We had ordered some food and wine and the glasses they took off the shelf for us had finger prints/smudges and dust all over them. Secondly, when delivering the food, they forgot to bring a second plate (as we ordered a dish to share), and even when it was realized that we were sharing, they just apologized and didn't offer to bring another plate. Yet we were still charged a set-up fee and additional gratuity for this underwhelming service. The facilities themselves were lacking, in my opinion. The steam "room" is basically a slightly over-sized shower stall. My friend and I attempted to use it, and had to leave the door ajar because it was immediately suffocating, and we abandoned it altogether after a mere minute. I should mention that everyone we encountered was very friendly and nice, it just seemed like the standards for service and cleanliness were very low.
