This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Madison and it's always at the top of my list when I'm making recommendations to out-of-towers (& locals)! There's nothing NOT good about it - the food is delish, the cocktails are fun and the view,
I mean come on! I feel like I've tried a bit of everything on the menu from their take of the Korean fave Bibimbap to their roasted bone marrow. Of course, get the cheese curds for a quintessential taste of Wisconsin or start with the delectable pork buns, so pillowy! If you're looking to go big, double down on the Graze burger, made of short ribs & sirloin, bacon, caramelized onions, etc etc. so freaking good, worth every penny of the $21 price tag!
Go to Graze for a special evening out or just a fun lunch with friends. You won't be disappointed!
