Here is another one star review for this location. I detect a pattern and should have read the reviews before we shopped there. We signed up for DirectTV at this location. The reason we signed up at this store was because they said that they would match a deal from Costco for DirectTV sign up and give me a $200 credit on my AT&T bill. The assistant store manager Mike Swain assured me that this would happen and that I just had to contact him each month when I got the bill to get a $100 credit for two consecutive months. After I spent a couple of weeks tracking him down at this location I did indeed get a $100 credit. Then I contacted Mike for my second credit. He was out on medical leave, fine, I understand. When he got back he said I would have the credit. I kept checking, no response. Stopped into the store this week and spoke to the manager who said she ran out of credits for the month. Mike told me he would let her know the beginning of December. Obviously they lie to get you to sign up. Stay away,
