So far my favorite (and most cost effective) products are the various raw and roasted Cacao whole beans and nibs. I've tried several different varieties and love them all but my hands down favorite so far is their Ecuadorian raw whole bean. It's not overly bitter, sweet even, yet packs in a lot of flavour and is delightfully nuttty and, dare I say, at about 12 beans is even antidepressant! The Jaguar Mexican roasted White comes at a close second, it tastes a lot like peanuts and is very inoffensive. Although not from the same species of THEOBROMA CACAO, who knew there actually is TRUE White Chocolate. The staff are very friendly but in my experience they aren't very knowledgeable about the products they sell which can be a bit annoying. For example, when i inquired as to whether the Cacao powder is simply the beans ground up or if the fat is removed as is often the case I didn't get a straight answer, nor whether the Cocoa is "dutch processed" (it was later confirmed to me it wasn't). These are small gripes however. I'll upgrade to a full five stars if the front line staff are provided with more product knowledge training!
