Frameless Glass did a great job on phase one of our house. During phase one, we had asked for a bid for our picture window to be replaced at a later date (phase two)... I was so glad we had found our window contractor for all our window needs - no more getting bids, taking time to find a contractor ... we had found our "window guy". Called Ken out for phase two a few years later, and he couldn't care less about our project. We were ready for our picture window and a new front door for phase two. He said we should call someone else for the door, and the last time I heard from him, he was asking ME to email him the picture window bid from two years ago. I sent it to him, and then radio silence. Fast forward 4 months - no bid, no contact, no interest in our business. It is so disappointing to have to go through bidding process again - trying to find ANOTHER window contractor, scheduling bids, etc. The crazy thing is we have phase three next- with 12 more windows in the back of the house. Needless to say, we went with another company who DOES WANT OUR BUSINESS!
