Well, I was glad to see the other myriad of reviews that throw this company under the bus. I also feel that for Home Depot to continue this relationship is detrimental to their reputation and bottom-line. To get the work completed I instead relied on my contact at Home Depot Arrowhead Ranch (thanks Jen!) to contact Greencraft. What Greencraft does is basically middle management, they simply work with the sub-contractors to get them to your home. But they do it so poorly. You call, no answer. You leave messages and they are not returned. There scheduling is not realistic. Adam, who installed my Andersen French sliding door, was asked to get a 7-foot door installed before arriving at my home from 8-10am!!!! How would that be possible unless he started at 1am. Anyway, obviously he arrived at around noon instead. With the stucco repair that was secondary to the door installation, there wasn't even any calls from Greencraft...the subcontractor, Jim, called me himself...which didn't go well as far as scheduling. In fact he wasn't even willing to do the work he sub-sub contracted...LOL...geez what a mess. Which leads me to believe that Greencraft has little to knowledge of quality control of the work. Why I am not just leaving 1 star?! Well, the guys who did the work were quite skilled. Adam, the door installer was terrific! Rene, the stucco guy, was really skilled at his craft! Phew, that's the silver lining or man oh man would I be rioting at Home Depot right now...
