Absolutely amazing place! I've been coming here with my family since I was a little girl. As soon as you walk in, the scent of freshly baked bread hits you. Just by walking around, you can tell that this place is 100% authentic Italian. The desserts are honestly mouthwatering. Try the cannolis. I've tasted cannolis at other bakeries, tried to make homemade cannolis, and even tasted different kinds of cannolis in Italy. The ones from LaRose are definitely the best. I can say that about all the desserts there. At the back of the bakery there's a large variety of different kinds of breads. Buns, loaves, baguettes, etc. They're made fresh every day. Right across from the variety of coffee beans, theres many different kinds of olives. They also sell different kinds of products that are imported from Italy (the cookies are the best). If you are ever in the west end, check this place out, you definitely won't regret it.
