We've been going to AMC theaters across this great country for years and my family has always held AMC in high regard for movies, now AMC has lost sight and is not as customer focused as they used to be. They have launched this VIP program and they are trying too hard with it. The VIP customer gets served first no matter what? Really? When you have a line full of paying customers it doesn't matter. It makes the customer experience worst and you are hurting the customer base who got you the money to waste on the VIP program. Stay focused AMC on keeping the main thing the main thing. Take care of you customer, and give a fresh product simple.
