... well the staff including management were walking around like they had 100lb weights on their ankles... I have never seen food service employees move so slow ... the hostess or it looked like she was the manager was talking with one of the servers while we were standing in front of the hostess stand for a few minutes we we're not acknowledged or greeted until we kept staring at her for a long time ... we had 10 in our group so she quoted 20-25 mins ... that was fine we expected that... but when 30 mins passes and we see there are empty tables that are getting set up for us we are excited bc the kids are starving ... but 10 mins pass and they are still pushing the tables together there is something wrong another few mins pass and they are just getting silverware set up ... it doesn't take 5 mins to put 6 sets of silverware on the damn table ... and it took her 3 trips back and forth to the hostess stand bc she kept forgetting to take all the kids menus it literally took her 3 trips back n forth to get 4 kids menus!!!!!! Omg ....
Now for the food it was great so good so fresh perfect! We ordered red velvet waffles with fried chicken yummmm the waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside the chicken was tender and juicy sooo good ... the grilled chicken Cobb salad with the house ranch was fresh and delish the shrimp and grits were super good a little salty for my taste but well seasoned and cooked to perfection... the burgers were burgers but they were still good but the fries were super good and the hashbrowns omg the hashbrowns soooooo good!!! Like I said the food was so good the wait was worth it however the staff really should be re-trained on how to move with a little urgency ... the waitress we had was attentive but idk of it was bc gratuity was already being added she def didn't do much to deserve the whole 18-20% of too that was added! I'm a really good tipper in general to those that deserve it but we all
Had empty cups for more than we should have and our plates were being cleared before we were even done!!!! I really hope the staff gets retrained or just reminded of what exactly their jobs are bc the food is amazing!!!!!! Unfortunately No pics bc we waited over an hour a half to have food in front of us...
