We paid Molly maid for 18 months of service, which amounts to more than 40 cleanings and more than $6,000 in fees. In that time, they damaged more than $2,500 worth of property. Anytime I called to ask why an area of my house wasn't being cleaned (despite them charging me for it), they treated me like an inconvenience. When I reported the damage to my dining table, I was told the owner was too busy to come assess the damage that day. In the meantime, he left me a rude voice message questioning my negative reviews online. He later excused his behavior stating he was frustrated to learn of our discontent in a review online. If he kept better tabs on his business, he wouldn't have been surprised because we'd been vocal about our issues with Molly Maid for months. In a word, Molly Maid of SW Charlotte is unprofessional. From a financial standpoint, a total rip-off. Our long history of trying to make it work ended up costing us more than we imagined. We lost a lot of time and money to Molly Maid of SW CLT and their consistent response was to tell us it wasn't a big deal and it wasn't their fault.
