The products looked nice and the prices were decent. Suggest purchasing when they are having sales though. I had a hole in my original couch which I call immediately about. It took over 5 weeks for it to be exchanged and that was because I called multiple times to customer service. At 1st, they wanted someone to come out and inspect the couch which would have taken another day of waiting for someone to show up that I don't have cause of my work schedule. Finally after the 4th person I talked to (after the sales person, after the Mentor store manager Kristen, and after 2 customer service reps) one lady in the service dept suggested I send a picture of the damage and they would be able to just send a new couch. Mind you, I sent a picture to my sales rep Day 1 without any response for 2 weeks until I called the store twice to try to talk to him on the phone. His only response was that it was out of his hands and to try to call customer service (Bill). I'm very disappointed in the customer service and the amount of time this issue took to be resolved. I finally have a couch without a hole, but it took 5 weeks longer than it should have! Glad to be done with Levin.
